  • Yes, we are licensed for 43 spots for children aged 3-5 years.

  • Yes, both our Multiage and 3-5 Program offer preschool curricula.

  • Yes, both the Multiage and the 3-5 Program offer a balanced program between structured preschool activities and play-based learning.

  • We offer a Muiltiage program and a 3-5 years program.

    • The difference is the class size. The Muiltage program is a class of 8 while the 3-5 Years program is a class of 16 children.

    • Both programs run a structured preschool curriculum in the morning and play-based learning in the afternoon.

  • Yes but with limited spaces and an additional fee of $50 per month. Early drop-off hour is 7:45-8 am; late pick-up hour is 5 pm-5:15 pm.

  • Yes. Our regular operating hours are from 8 am-5 pm, Monday to Friday. Late pickup will cost the parents $15 for the first 1-5minutes and then $1.00/minute for every minute after the 5-minute mark.

    • No. Parents are to provide your child/children with healthy fresh lunches and snacks.

    • Your child’s lunch kit should have ice packs to keep food and snacks fresh. Warm food should be stored in a well-insulated thermos container as we are not able to warm up food with a microwave.

  • We are NUT-FRIENDLY. Parents/guardians can send your child with nuts or nut-product food. However, candies, juice boxes, gums, junk food, and choking hazard food, such as popcorn, are not allowed.

  • We are a licensed group childcare company. Our ratio is 1 staff to 8 children.

  • Echo Childcare will not provide information regarding your waitlist positions. We will contact you when a spot becomes available.

  • Our policy requires one month's notice of cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable but will be used towards your last month's childcare fees when notice is given.

  • No, we are open during Spring Break. Check our operating hours for more information.

  • We are closed annually from Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day. A second closure will occur yearly during the week before the Labour Day weekend (the last week of August or the first week of September depending on the year). Monthly fees will remain the same even in the months with scheduled closed dates. Check our operating hours for more information.
