Full-Time Early Childhood Educator

Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager, the Early Childhood Educator may work alone or with a team of 1- 2 educators to plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 12 months to 5 years. The position also maintains a safe, warm, and caring environment for children. The position focuses on forming a rapport with co-works as well as creating positive customer service experience for our parents. This position requires you to work a flexible 8-9 hour shift each day, Monday to Friday from 7:15 am – 5:30 pm.
Qualifications
- Early Childhood Educator License to Practice
- Early Childhood Educator with Infant/Totter License to Practice is an asset
- Experience working with groups of multiage children in a childcare setting
- Well-developed problem-solving skill
- Positive and sensitive attitude towards children and staff
- Flexible and energetic approach to work
- A valid Standard First Aid Certificate, with level C CPR
- Current Criminal Record Check
- Able to provide 3 written childcare related references upon hire
