Chihiro had worked as a teacher in an international preschool class in Japan before moving to Kelowna. Chihiro has a passion for teaching and learning. She believes that kindness, positive attitude, and patience are the key elements to instill the love of learning and to help children reach their fullest potential.

Early Childhood Educator

Bella had been a preschool teacher in South Korea before her family moved to Canada. Bella has a remarkable ability to hold children's interest during activities that require children's attention and focus. She is second to none when it comes to circle time and teaching preschool lessons.

Early Childhood Educator

Emily has over a decade of childcare experience and has been with Echo for more than half of her career. She is currently completing a bachelor's degree majoring in psychology and is hoping to specialize in children's development and mental health in the future. She is especially passionate about the importance of fostering emotional intelligence and empathy in the early years. Emily strives to help each child in her care build the confidence and curiosity needed for a lifelong love of learning.

Ashley

3-5 Class
Early Childhood Educator

Ashley has always known that she wants to work with children. She volunteered to work in a nursery at her church and enjoys spending time with children. Ashley values children's imagination and self-expression. She strives to create various opportunities for children to express themselves using art experience. Ashley also enjoys a large group activity like circle time which is the time of the day when all children and teachers come together to sing, dance, listen to stories, and learn together. Hunter

Early Childhood Educator Assistant

Hunter is an eager young individual who lives active lifestyle and is ready to take on any challenge. She loves to snowboard in the winter, hikes and camps in the summer.

Hunter is currently going to school to further her education as her goal is to become a full ECE. Hunter loves working and being around children, as well as learning all they have to teach her! She is excited to spend her time working and teaching at our Belgo location!
