Kelly has worked as a child care provider for more than 10 years. As a mother of two, she enjoyed watching her boys grow and learn. Each of their developmental stages was so fascinating to Kelly as she found it exciting to find new fun ways to teach them. In 2009, Kelly met Robi Reid, and worked with her in her daycare. This is where Kelly’s passion for childcare grew. She decided to open her own daycare in her home in 2011. After a few successful years, Robi and Kelly partnered in 2013 to open Echo Early Learning Center (our Belgo’s location).
Kelly has a strong passion for the preschool component of daycare. She enjoys finding fun ways to teach children the sounds, and shapes of the letters and numbers. Kelly loves observing, and guiding children through the developmental stages from toddlers to preschoolers, and then from Preschoolers to Kindergarteners. Kelly believes children are unique and learn in a different way; she also enjoys finding ways to connect with each child and making learning fun.
Kelly is extremely proud of what she and Robi have built with Echo Early Learning center. Providing a place where children can feel, save and love is very rewarding. Both Kellly and Robi have created an environment where children have an opportunity to grow, learn, and build confidence by nurturing their independence and self-help skills.
Kelly will always strive to bring the best to the children and staff in her centers. Kelly takes great pride in knowing that each year Echo will send an eager group of preschoolers to kindergarten in a way that they are emotionally, physically, and intellectually prepared.
